350 pro flow
#1
just ordered a pro flow kit for my raptor. ive been dumpin money into my bike and now i finally decided to get some stuff for the quad too. wat kind of gains have u guys seen with this? i got the uni filter so i can run w/ the lid off and not worry about dirt(i realize ill have to rejet). im not a fan of k&ns on an atv, i didnt think the extra $25 was worth it anyway. i also got some kenda klaws xcr's so i cant wait to get everything on.

I have one and i took the lid off and got a great gain with it. Just re jet for more air and you'll be set. If u run with the lid off your gonna have to clean the filter alot more but thats about it just keep it clean and lubed and you shoulfd be fine. give us an update on how u like everything when u get it on man

Just got my pro flow intake, kenda klaws and tusk gas cap today. i put the intake on w/ no problems. just took out 2 screws, lossened the clamp at the carb and pulled it all out. Gave it a quick wash, drilled 2 holes, put the screws in and done! i havent rejetted it yet, but i took a couple laps around my field and noticed the improved response but lag of power. what has every1 else rejetted to? i want to use this as a guideline for when i go to buy jets. also has any1 had problems getting the airbox lid to fit back on? i would still like to use it when its super muddy and really wet but mine does not fit back on. i cant wait to rejet and get my klaws mounted on! this sh*ts really gonna rip. the 6-ply tires are going to handle so much better than the crappy 2-ply tires. ill be sure to update soon

dang i wish i had a shop like that to work in. i have to work in a little un organized and full of crap shop and only have just enough room to put my quads and on top of that my control freak and neat freak , and hipocritical grandpa coming in and out yelling at me becuase i leave MY tools laying around. and never getting any compliments that im a 14 year old who can rebuild car engines and evrything like that, only complaints on how i dont do everything perfect. whoops sorry to mess up a post i had to vent. but yeah im glad you like your proflow kit. im going to make my own pretty soon

got my klaws on today. they turn handle great and grip so good. cant wait to test them out a little more. UltimateAussie yea i had to work in a crapmed little area before, but my dad n i got tired of it and decided to build that. we havent been happier ever since we did that. oh and i solved my airbox lid problem, i just had to cut off the pieces that held the old filter in place. i still gotta rejet but im gonna keep the lid on and jus play with the air/fuel and needle clip position.
