for those of you who wish to dump the thumb go button on your Raptors, be advised that Motion Pro now has available two twist models for Raptors. One is their CR Comp throttle #01-0520. The other on is their Vortex #01-0521. Since they are brand new items, dealers may not have them in stock but can order them.

 

What's the difference between the two and which one is better?

 

The CR competition is a slower turning model and the Vortex is the fastest turning model that Motion Pro makes. For trails,XC, technical, or tight woods riding, I would prefer the CR Comp for better throttle control. The Vortex would be the way to go in MX or other track situations, I'd think. The CR Comp retails for $45 & the Vortex is $65.

 

I got the cr today from Golden west cycles. I haven't installed it yet but it looks good. I'll let you guys know this weekend. Later
