does anyone know where i can find the stock engin specs for a 2000 blaster.... like , piston size, material, lenth, crank size, compression ratio, rod length, anything.

i found the bore and stroke but i still dont know what the piston is made of.... o ya i know the compression rationto. does anyone know waht a blaster will rev to?

 

I do know that the blaster's engine is a slightly "modded" version of the old DT175 enduros engine from the late '70s & early 80's and those engines in the bikes redlined at 8,000-9,000 rpm. So my guess is that the Blaster is right about the same. My nephew has a DT175, this is how I know. The piston is most likely aluminum.

 

thanks..... someone told me they were in the 11000 range, but idk if thats true.... 9000 seems more reolistic
