Default Blaster Carb help

I have a 94 Blaster with a big bore kit stock carb and other go fast goodies. I recently moved to WY and now the thing is really hard to start and when you do get it started you cannot give it any fuel or it will die. any help would be great and oh by the way the elevation is the same as the last place I left and the gas and oil mix are brand new

Default Blaster Carb help

All mods were put on at the same time and it was running perfectly, I checked the elevation with a gps and they are within 50 ft of each other. I got it here and I ran it 5 mins then I stopped to do something when I went to fire it back up it started acting up. It takes a whole lot of kicks now and when it does idle it is smooth it is when you try to give it gas that it bogs down. It used to take just one kick and then it would fire right over. I just pulled the carb and cleaned it it is a 340 main and 30 pilot with a b8eg plug. plugged smells fouled like it has way to much fuel it is black and wet.
