1.) What is stock compression? Mine has 145 Lbs.

2.) Does the pilot jet have tiny orifices (in the threads area) that are perpendicular to the main orifice that runs down the middle of the pilot jet?

3.) What would cause the motor to hesitate on the bottom end big time, then come on the pipe like a switch? When its in nuetral, if you blip the throttle it has poor response and bogs, and when it finally does rev up, it keeps revving high for a few seconds even after cutting the throttle and does not want to idle.

4.) What is the # for a stock NGK plug

5.) If I pre-mix the gas without installing a oil-injection block -off kit, will it cause it to run poorly?

Thanks for any help guys!

3.)To hesitate at the bottom end it sounds like something is wrong with the pilot jet, could be clogged or something related to what you were saying in #2. If it keeps revving really high after you let off, it sounds like it is either running really lean or you have an air leak somewhere. Sounds like you definitly have some carb work to do though.

4.) the stock pug is B8ES

5.) you can not pre-mix the gas without having an oil injection block off kit. the reason is because if the oil tank in the back is empty and the motor is still trying to suck in the oil, it will just be sucking in air which u dont want. When you buy an oil injection block off kit it blocks off where the pump was so air can not enter the motor. They are only $30 I would recommend getting one.

Hope this helps
