to get my 250 moto4 into reverse i put it in neutral then put it in low(in the middle) then holding the shifter up( i find its easyer) then put it in reverse(all the way back)

does anyone know of any power adders either than a K&N, jet kit, and cobra exhaust? is there any performance cams? or anything?

 

I had 225 went every where a 4x4 did when we went out ,after butting on a higher gripper tirer.the bike had a 2 speed trany if I remembered.
I would buy anouther if I could find a mint one.
The 350 would be nicer just for pulling a heavy trailer.
We pulled a trailer loaded for a 7 day sheep hunt on a hot day and egine got hot 1

thanks! i can now go backwards...which is pretty handy. Mine's a 250, has a pretty loud engine tick....is this common? Starts and runs perfectly, but is pretty loud.

 

I have the exact same problem it's just the valves get them adjusted

 

what would be better K&N oem style air filter or UNI multi-stage air filter?

if they have the same motor as a warrior could you put a performance cam out of a warrior into a moto4?

 

Not sure, but I think the lever you're looking at is the Reverse switch. You just need to put your quad in 1st gear and then throw that lever back. That should put into reverse.

 

had a moto 4 for years. as far as i am concerned they are bullit proof. mine was'nt a 4x4 but if your not running in deep mud it should get you through. its lighter than the 4x4 so you can pick up the back and move it for better traction.
