To your response, I completely agree. I sure couldnt pull that outta what you said earlier though..LOL. Anyways..stay cool. 2-strokes definitely respond to mods more..thats a given. I would have a Banshee of my own if it would suit my riding needs, other than blistering speed. The Raptor has some blistering speed as well

 

I have a 99'Banshee with FMF pipes, TwinAir filter and jeted carbs. RaPteR316 you have never ride a Banshee, thats for sure!! You say that banshees are a toy ???? When I drag race with my friends(stock tires in sand) I have to leave in third gear and spin about 30 meters, then four, fifth, and never look back again !!!
Of course a Raptor could be faster !!but If you know how to take off, then they are going to be real close!!
In paved road also, if you take off in 1st gear, you will spin too much and you will spent more time shifting than accelerating !!!

Who gives a sh** if you do 86 or 79?!?! When you hit a tree or go over a cliff it won't matter! Come ride in the woods and even my fat a$$ Scrambler will whoop your 80 mph Shees to he** and back!

Since when did "StoCK" Banshees come with Toomeys and a Jet Kit? Duh Junior Toomeys and a jet kit add about 13 HP, What I want to say is this if you want fair Race with a stock banshee and a stock raptor, but to make the banshee fair it needs 2 HP bonus to handicap it, so give it some boyesen reeds and race. But you also say that banshee will go 79mph. Is every race decided at top end? No they are usually run over a shorter distance and only through a few gears.
