Report:

I put 100 miles on the new craycraft motor this weekend. It has more power than I could have hoped for. I actually had to get used the new power because it was surprising. It actually felt like "too much" power for the fist half hour till I got used to it.

I can't wait to take it to the dunes where it will hook up. It spins the tires alot in the desert.

I am glad I stuck to a 686 instead of the 727. It revs quick like a 2-stroke.

This Raptor is pure fun and it was worth every cent.

What else can I say?

How much did it cost to get the kit and all of the engine work done?

Has anyone installed the 686 kit from LRD? I was reading about the LRD raptor in the July 2005 issue of Dirt Wheels.

Congrats Master Raptor.Lets ride buddy. The weather here in Phoenix is cooling down so lets get busy man. I have some extra Craycraft Racing stickers left with Bob's blessing....If ya need some just let me know. You know us Craycraft guys are way out numbered in this state. I only know of you, Rapfam and me. There might be a couple of others but Bob would know for sure.

Glad your happy with your build and your builder. I have to say, I still smile everytime my mind goes back to riding Dollarbillz bike at the River that day. Absolutely amazing to just line up and literally blow everybody else out the water...I mean they would all just dissappear. Awesome to say the least. Congratulations on the new found power.

Boosh,

'Twas about 2K. But, Bob had to rebuild my low end 'cause I blew the rod. And I needed a case, crank and rod.

I didn't add it up precisely...too scared to know the real number.
