i have had the carbs off and cleaned all the jets twice now with carb cleaner and blowed air through the jets. on the pilot jet on the small in that goes in the carb. is 4 small holes i think. is thier a small hole that goes from the small end of the jet all the way to the end were the slot is to remove the jet

so thier is a small hole that goes from one end of the pilot jet to the outher. if this is right then can you tell me how to get this passage open,. i can not see light or can i use air to open this passage.

 

Try a very thin needle, push it in through the bottom, if all else fails, buy another pilot jet.

yes we did and when i say we did i mean all of you that gave me a replay what to look for. again thank all of you very much. the pilot jet was stoped up solid. with a very small drill bit and a pice of wire i got it open. also found some items that i did not have adjust just right that i found with the help from here. raptor no longer a craptor
