I recently got my motor( 02 Raptor) worked on by Kenz, port job, stage 2 cam, new valves(stock size),101mm (673 cc), 11:1 HC piston, I am currently running a full sparks X6 exhaust, Pro flow w K&N filter, air box lid removed, running at approx 1200 ft...my current jet sizes are 160/165, 25 pilots, gytr needles on 3rd clip, about 3 turns out on ea fuel/air screw. With the new work being done what should I be starting out at with my new jetting. Thanks A Lot. gytr jets. I have from 170 - 190 also got some 27.5 pilots.

 

I would start with the biggest ones you have.

I've never used the 27 pilots but I would guess about 2 turns out if you do.
