Yea man, i would go with the z400 is i were you.It has the suspension that will take your weight.It is a bike that will give in to your needs and will not rip you in half as a starter bike.It has plenty of pwer when you need it and it is very calm when you want it to be.It also has reverse which is very easy to engage.The z400 and the kfz are worth every penny you spend on it.I mean, i have been riding for many years, and i just got my 660 this summer and i had to share a z400 with my brother.Which me and him ride things hard as hell.Those z400's can really take a beating.I guarrentee you will be vewry very happy with a z400 over those 2 bikes.I swear.

Yea, why?It was only 3000 and the guy barely rode it.He was basically giving this thing away for goodness sakes.

Well I have the rap 350 it has fun power not fastest on top end but i love mine no regrets but ive ridded the z 400 and theres no comparison the 400 is awesome its way more stable than my 350 the 350 is fine for hill climbs but can fast lose controll on side hills and fast cornering the 400 power is smooth and seems to go on forever from bottom end to top and as i said the ride it gives is awesome. But as i said dont rule out the RAP 350 if you want a lil cheaper quad but if you have the money man get the Z you will love it< im not sure bout the kfx i hear there pretty nuch the same but ive never ridden one so i cant vouch but id have the suzuki over the kawi personally good luck let me know what you get. ~~~~JEREMY

 

It is always better to buy the quad new but you could buy one used.But if you do buy one used, stay with 2004 and up.The 2003 has some things on it that are annoying like a grab bar that will not come off, less power because a restrictive muffler.And i heard a few other things.But that is if you do buy one used.If you buy one used you could easily get a 2005 for 5000 out the door.With the new bigger carb and oil rezzy shocks.That thing was a big step up from the '04.

 

Yeah the Kfx is excatly like the z. I'll probably end up getting a z then. I went to the dealer like a month or 2 ago and looked at an '06 Kfx and asked for otd price and he said 7 thou. I can probably find a better price than that.

 

dayyyyyyum!Thats pretty damn expensive for a kfx.But i bet you can get one for a way better price.

 

The price tag on the kfx said 5900 i think. But we went inside and he calculated the tax and idk what else and landed $7000
