Default Exhaust decible

my friend was riding my quad around and told me to take off my spark arresotor for more performance. I took it off and he rode it around and told me that there was a difference in power. I drove it around and then got pulled over by a cop. I got a warning and "Officer Garises" told me that if it happens again, he would give me a ticket. Well, the point of this story is what is the maximum exhaust decible and if anyone knows, what is the decible for a TRC yoshimura exhaust pipe without spark arressotor? thanks

i think its 96db for state parks, and they require the spark arrestor

i'm not sure what the db is for your pipe, sorry, but most after market pipes won't pass state park requirements

Next time you see a cop gun it and don't look back. I bet you would have no problem getting away. JK even though you probably would get away its not highly recommended. I don't think the spark arrester will make too much of a difference in noise if any. I took mine off of my raptor and it didn't really sound any louder, but I think it may have made it a tad faster after tweaking the carbs a little, but not much.
