Just wondering if anyone has come across the same problem. My electric start is not working. Solenoid is clicking when key is turned on, power is going to the switch. when the button is pushed it doesn't do anything. help me please anyone.

 

low battery?

 

ding ding ding...our 250ex would also do the clicking when the battery was low. THrow a battery charger on it and try starting.

 

One other possibility is the starter. On a car sometimes the brushes on the starter get worn and there isn't enough contact. Sometimes rocking the vehicle will help. Just a thought. The previous posts sound more like the probable cause.
