Default WB pipe on a Warrior

Got one of these off of Ebay for the sons 350 and it was a bear to get lined up ended up shimming the plastic a little and it will still need some heat tape on the plastic. Is there any tricks to lining this up better? And with 7 discs the manual said stock jetting would be ok. It really sounds better and seems to have better responce. Thanks Brad

Did you loosen the headpipe before you installed it? That's something that usually makes lining everything up easier and fit better. You should probably do a spark plug check to make sure that your jetting is still good, no matter what white brothers claim. My HMF wasn't supposed to require rejetting, but I was running so damn lean after I installed it that I needed to get a richer needle to get my midrange right.

Yeah I loosened the head pipe(learned that the hard way on a Trailblazer) I plan on a plug check tomorrow in the daylight.Seems to idle and not back fire when I let off from WOT. WB has been real close on what they have told me in the past. But I alway double check.

I had absolutley no problems with my WB slip on..and no rejet needed until you toss the crappy airfilter for a higher flow one.

yeah my wb pipe did not line up worth a crap.where the pipe bolts to the frame there was like a 1 inch gap that i stock a old 1/2 socket to use as a spacer.and it also took alot of forse thanks to a 2x4 and a hammer just to get it slid all the way up.

I got a k&n with a hacked lid and use a 152.5 MJ and dropped one position on the needle..
