It depends on the conditions too. If you are talking MX, then its the 450s. If you are talking wide-open areas, then the bigbores.
Also, the 700R isnt the fastest quad ever made. I bleed Team Yamaha blue as much as the next guy, but no.
Both the 250R and the Quadzilla would eat the Rappy for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In fact, last weekend I saw a brand-new 700R get smoked by a STOCK DS 650 X time after time on a tight, technical "off-road challenge" course. It looks like Yamaha still has some kinks to work out of the EFI mapping.
Also, now that Suzuki came out with the R450 with EFI, youve gotta give that one some consideration too.

100ft drag(all 2006)
I'd say YFZ450, TRX450R, Rappy, ATK450, Z/KFX400, KFX700, DS650,TRX90 lol.

300ft drag (all 06')
Rappy, DS650, TRX450R, ATK450, YFZ450,KFX700, KFX/Z400.

As for the LT-R450, put it between the YFZ and TRX for the 100ft, and between the TRX and ATK.

 

captain toyota you are wrong, the 250r will not beat the 700r. like i said, quadzilla would, why does this all matter? every quad mentioned can win depending on a rider. THE RIDER
