. I have the Power Commander III USB and I really like it. It's pretty much a matter of personal preference, I chose the PCIII for several reasons. Power Commander has been around for a long time and are used extensively on Sport bikes. They are user friendly and let you download custom maps that will get you damn close if your not into heading to the dyno, plus you cam make manual button adjustments on the controller itself or if your into tweaking you can hook you laptop to it via USB and customize maps your self. The biggest advantage is that they improve the ride ability and make the power curve nice and smooth and let you get the most out of your mods and in time will have maps available for Big bore kits and hi perf cams etc

I have the Trinity controller, alot smaller than the Dobeck, most people are mounting them back under the seat where you would put the owners manual, plenty of room for whatever you choose. Wherever you mount it, leave it so that you have enough slack to lay it up on the tank when you want to ride and tune.
