I agree get the stock needle for the YZ 450 F and the rest of what was mentoined. Also get a Zip-Ty idle mixture screw, it will make your life alot easier. I would get 165 thru 172 mains and start out with the 168 main a 45 pilot and the needle in the middle for your elevation
