raptor 686 jetting help
When asking for jetting help, remember that Mikuni jets and DynoJet jets are NOT the same. So ask people if they are refering to mikuni or dyno jets. Id also go with 27 pilots, 2 or 2.25 turns out. Dynojet makes jets upto 210 btw! With my mods Im almost out of room to jet up. You should really think about getting bigger carbs.

Right now I am running 190/195 Mikunis on 2 1/2 turns out with a 27.5 pilot with a Sparks pipe...When it cools down I will run a 195/200 with the Barker duals. My only carb mod was adding Grizzly needles and seats to keep my bowls full.Congrats on the build buddy.I bet it hauls a$$.

Really, my stealership told me otherwise, saying that dynojet and mikuni used the same numbers, DJ told me I should be running a dj175 and 180, being as I cannot just by the dj jets I went out and got the mikuni jets assuming they were the same. Taking what i know now what should I be running, I ride at about 1000 above sea level. Thanks for the info. Terry, 02 raptor 686, 11.1 S1 hotcams, yosh pipe, fmf header, K&N with no lid
