Default Wolverine Engine clatter

I have an 05 Wolverine. The engine clatters a little at idle. it revs fine. it's coming from the top end. is it just a little bit of valve clatter? i only have about 18hrs on the engine. i don't know anyone else with a wolverine i can compare it to. Is this clattering normal?
thanks,
andy

The Warrior/Wolverine engine tends to tick a little,if you put a cam with stiffer valve springs in, it will make it louder, in your case, I'm sure it's stock, so just have the valve clearance checked to be safe. An 05 should still be under warranty, see if the dealer will check it for free, or cover it in a scheduled check up.

thanks, 95. I'll get it checked when the initial service is due.
