worth it yes.
removes parking brake and handle bar junk that is not needed.
i paid about $10 for mine.

 

The blockoff that goes on the rear caliper prevents dirt from getting in there once you take the parking brake off. I think it is worth it because it gave me an excuse to buy another CNC machined piece from ESR that was anodized black!

 

The question should be, "is the parking brake worth it". No, it's a piece of junk. Take it off because it is only going to cause you trouble anyway. The block-off plate is a necessary item when you remove the parking brake.

 

does brake fluid drain when the emergency brake is taken off to put on the block off plate? if so do i have to bleed the brakes again or just add brake fluid?
