ok my enigine will only start with the choke fully on then it starts and if i hit the gas it turns off then if i dont hit the gas after of like 8 seconds of it being on it just starts revving really loud by its self and i shut it off cause i dont want to mess anything up what could it be im guess maybe my valves maybe adjusted wrong idk

 

You have an air leak somewhere. It's up to you to find out where. Carb boot? A stuck choke plunger will also do this sometimes. At least on a Breeze it will.
