Default New Yamaha ATVs

Hi all

In case you all havent noticed, Yamaha just updated their website with some new ATV Models. New 2006 ATVs include:

Utility:
Kodiak 450 Special Edition
Rhino 450 with camo color scheme

Sport:
Raptor Special Edition
Wolverine 350 2WD
YFZ SE
Banshee SE

I think that is all. The Wolverine 350 has got to be the biggest announcement. It looks the same as the new 450, just with a 350cc engine. How do yu guys think it will perform?

I like those yellow/black color schemes. As far as the Wolverine goes, I think it'll perform like a Warrior/Raptor 350 except it will be slower becuase of it's weight (478 lbs.) I don't see why they didn't go with a 2wd Wolverine 450. Doesn't make much sense to me. Also, it's about the same weight as the '05 350 4x4.

Amazing....A 350 Wolverine with a rubber band tranny that weighs more than mine and is only a 2wd.....Yep, that's real progress. I bought mine new for only $200 more than that slug retails for. Love the rear drum brake as well...

When Yamaha announced on their web page that there would be "new model" releases in their Sport, Utility, and SxS devisions I must say that I expected more than Bold New Graphics . I do like the identical 50th anniversary editions though. When I win the lottery I will get me an anniversary edition R1 street bike, an anniversary edition YZ450F dirt bike, an anniversary edition YFZ 450, and an anniversary edition Banshee. Now that would look good lined up in the garage.

Off to buy lottery tickets ...

Glad I didn't hold out for the SE, don't care for it.

Nice color schemes but I have to agree with everyone else: this is a non-announcement.

Everybody knew there would be an Special Edition, there's one every year, so I agree, a non-announcement. Color scheme?, if I wanted yellow, I'd by a Zuki.
