Default New ATV, new to the forum....

Greetings all! I'm new to the forum so bare with me if my questions sound stupid...

I recently purchased an 05 Big Bear 400 4X4, I'm having a great time with it. I have a few questions about it...

1. What's the biggest tire I can run on the stock rims, I've been looking at the ITP Mud lites, but I want to get a bigger than stock size, something taller with a little bigger contact patch. Most of my riding is on trails, some mud. How do these tires compare to others for all around durability?

2. The lights on the big bear don't provide all that much "light" so I want to add some additional lighting, is it safe to run 55watt bulbs or should I stay with 35 watts in the additional lighting? I plan on running all the lights at the same time if that matters.

Those are the only two questions I have around the bike right now, I'm sure I will have more down the road. Thanks again!

Jamie in Texas...
