i just got home from riding a little while ago i was talking to someone who i had seen with a raptor two weeks ago, but today he had a 2001 400ex, he says he was hittin doubles gettin 25-30 feet in the air with his raptor(the jumps had landings). he said that the axle bearins and carrier were all scrwed up and he said he brought it back to the dealer the fixed it and he went riding again and the axle bolts loosedne up on him. so he said he traded it in for the 400ex. this guy doesnt beat his quad either there all in brand new cond. his wife had a 01 ex and that was 5 weeks old and it looked like it walked off the showroom floor. and his wife siad he details them after every ride. he also told me that next summer honda is releasin the 650r quad. he siad thats why they made the 250ex. he siad that there gonna get rid of the 300ex, have the 400ex as the middle quad and the 650r as the big bike. he said too that the dealer told him when it comes out thta hell have the first one from them. which makes it more believable
