Just crank the valve in, you will never need to remove it.
Has anyone put this on thier quad??

I wouldnt do it, if that valve hits something, you can say goodbye to your case or oil tank. Just be careful!
BTW, have you fixed the threads?

I have one on my car. It has a cam lock so its not gonna open unless something really jimmys it. It also has a nipple for attaching a hose which is perfect for that crazy tank location. It is $25 and you could find a used tank on ebay for that so pick your options. There are several metric sizes, I'm sure there is one for that tank. I will be ordering one for my Rap as soon as I check and see what size bolt that is.

Yea it's getting taken care of as we speak. They are going to do a helicoil. My dealer is really helping me out. Hopefully getting it done for free.
