Default tech question?

To convert a inch lb torque wrench to ft lbs do i multiply by twelve , for instance if i need 6ft lbs of torque would that be 72inch lbs. Im changing out a clutch and need to tighten the springs to spec.

You are correct 12" lbs=1' lb
