i have a 2000 Blaster used off a friend for 100 dollars and rebuilding everything i have this probelm when i either turn it to the to left or the right all the way it gets pretty hard just push it into a U-Turn i was thinking this might be with the rear axle or something?

 

also by the way it sounds like one of the tires is dragging or some sort of noise

 

If its hard to turn most likely it has something to do with the front end, not the rear.

 

no there is most likely nothing wrong with it at all...it is always hard to push it with the wheels turned all the way. Mine does the same thing and nothing is wrong with it.
