here is a couple things you can check out..
Is it getting fuel?
Is it getting spark?
What is the compression? You can rent compression testers from auto zone if you dont' have one

Could be low compression, could be it just needs to be jetted up for colder weather. Lots of things could cause it to be hard to start, do you have any other info to give? Have you tried anything listed above, or maybe cleaned the carb lately?

it could be a lot of things on a blaster. getting spark? getting fuel? choke it and kick it a few times, then pull the plug and tell us what you find. wet or dry? what color? do you have spark with the plug laying against the head? We can diagnose it, but you need to do a few things too since we cant see the quad.
Give us more info and we'll help you out, no problem.

two stroke not starting. first thing you do is pop a new sparkplug in. My quadzilla would not start and id clean the plug till it looked like new, wouldnt start... put a new plug in starts on the 3rd kick. i dont know what it is but its definatly a good 3 dollar investment to try it out. compression would be next on my list

What if two like quads that at first takes up the same amount of gas, and then after a while one of them just starts to drink more at a faster rate? What could be the problem? (two Raptor 660's with no performance upgrades.)
