when i started my quad my friend said that he saw smoke come out of the head gasket. Can i change this myself. Is it difficult and wat is a good gasket to buy. My quad is an 01 so its about time for a new one.

Depends on your definition of difficult, but by my standards its a pretty simple job. You can buy gaskets from just about any online retailer or brick and mortar dealership. Personally I prefer OEM or Cometic.
