I'd say try this;
Fuel screws 2 3/4 turns out.
Needles on 4th clip.
160/165 main jets.
Its just a suggestion but IMO, it should run good or at least get you closer. You did cut out your snorkle flaps from the lid, right?

The rubber part of the lid is called the snorkle. Take the lid off, turn it over, and look at the snorkle from the inside. You'll see that half of the passage (where the air enters the box) is blocked by these rubber flaps. Take a razor knife and cut them out all the way to the center section. It will improve your air flow.
The needles sit inside the carbs and controls the fuel flow at mid throttle (25% to 75%) or so. They have 5 notches on them so you can adjust the flow. You adjust the needle by a clip that sits in the notch. For a great reference on how to do this, go to www.blue-traxx.com. (remove the dash on this web address). They have a sticky in the 660 forum with pics and great details.

The best way to tell if your lean is check the spark plugs..There like a window to your motor..When you check the plugs make shure it's right after a wide open throttle run,or when you notce it glowing stop and check the plugs while it's still warm..
I would post a picture to help you out but this site wont let me..

Glowing dead pipes is quite common on performance pipes, once it starts to get to around 6" past the exhaust port is when I would be concerned.
