orite, my raptor is currently stock, and i have been told by people who used to race raptors that a scorpion exhaust is good. i was just wonderng what you lot thoought about this pipe and how is compare to the stock pipe. i should also be getting a K&N so how will it be with this pipe? thanks, ohyeh does the pipe alter the top speed or is it just acceleration?

 

I am not to sure about the Scorpion Pipe i have never had one and neither has anyone around me so i dont know about that one. But about the pipe giving you more acceletion Yes it does give you more acceleration and Yes it will give you more top speed. The reason it doesn't give some quads more top speed is because they are geared low enough so they reach the rev limiter stock. As far as my YFZ and my Friends Raptor goes ( Not sure about my Stock 700 I have never hit the rev limiter in 5th so i figure a pipe will help it alot) they will gain top end speed because the pipe will give them enough power to pull all they way through 5th.
