Default Warrior Steering Stem

Alright I have a problem here. When I bought my Warrior I always thought the bars were bent because when the wheels were completely straight, the bars always looked about an inch or two lower on one side. So, I went out and bought me some new Pro Tapers and guess what, it wasn't the bars. So, is my bike out of alignment or is my stem bent? Thanks.
