yamaha timberwolf won't start?
#1
My 2000 yamaha timberwolf was stored for 2 yrs. I bought a new battery, changed the oil and spark plug, drained old gas out and it won't start. Any suggestions? When I push the electric start it just keeps cranking. I sprayed starter fluid in the spark plug hole and it started for two seconds?

2 years incativity is a long time,,,,just draining the gas may have not been enough,,,,should have pulled the carb off,and sprayed the inside out real well with carb cleaner, making sure the jets are clear, and the floats are working properly
also replace the fuel filter, clean the petcock,,,,,also starter fluid isnt very good for the engine
also check to make sure you have spark
