04 YFZ 450 What's it worth?

I'm looking at an 04 YZF 450 with a GYR-T exhaust, nerf bars, and it has been converted to a twist throttle. Any ideas what it's worth??

It looks to be in pretty good shape.....asking 2750 for it.

That seems pretty cheap to me, I've seen them from $3500 to $7500 depending on the add-ons. That cheap would make me wanna think twice. If the bike checks out buy it, then re-sell it and make a few bucks.
