Ok You need to go start you warrior in the dark. If you header pipe is glowing you are lean. and need to go bigger. If you pull your plug and it is black and wet you are rich and need to go lean. also if the plug is white you are lean and need to go richer. I run a 175 main but i dont have a airbox. go and look at my mods (in my pics) and compare with yours that mite help you out.

I run a 15/44 with 18' tires and the reason i run that gearing is becouse with a warrior 6 speed gear box the gears are so close together and it speads them out a little.

My warrior is set up for flat track but i go play sometimes and do a little drag raceing. And it will hang with the Stock 660 raptor. thats not saying a hole lot, but its good for a warrior.

instead of puttin holes in the lid, jus take it off. u might have to rig up an oil cooler for ur high compression piston but u might not. so if u find it running really hot then get an oil cooler setup right away or do wat driverdoyle did with the raptor fan.

hey driver doyle, how did u rig that up, and with what parts? my buddy has a junk raptor sittin around and i might be able to rob, i mean borrow some parts off him. thanx in advance

Well its kinda a pain in the butt... There is not alot of room in front of the motor.. I just made some little mounts for it... There is one trick to it.... You have to hook the black wire to your hot and the red wire to your ground... So the fan will spin the right way... If you hook it up like it was on a rappy the fan will spin the wrong way...
