Sprokets
#1
I am interested in swapping out the stock sprokets in my 2006 Raptor 350 but, I'm not sure if I need sprokets with more or less teeth to make it faster, also if I swap out the sprokets will I need to change the gear ratio?

Whoa, whoa, whoa... back the truck up. Are you sure you're not confusing sprockets with something else? Changing the sprockets is changing the gear ratio. What do you define as "faster", more top speed or more acceleration? Going up teeth on the front gives you more top speed where as going down gives you more accel. Vice Versa for the rear.

does changin the sprockets change the length of the gears
also is it better to drop a tooth in the front or add a tooth on the back?
