Apex 1000cc

obviously you dont ride sleds or dont really talk to many ppl that do. yamaha is good for going in a straight line and even then they arent that much better than anyone else. ski-doo is the way to go. the 1000cc rotrax twin 2stroke is a powerful motor. they will hang with the yamahas but if you hit the trail you can say bye bye to the yamaha. the ski-doo is well balanced and handles like a dream. the weight savings make it easier on the arms on long rides as well.

depends on what type of riding you want to do.not the best mountain sled imo.just too heavy.ski doo ,polaris and cat all make good mountain sleds now.and that debate is like asking should i get a honda, yamaha or suzuki 450

Some of you people have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to sled, I am a BIG SLED HEAD and the yamaha apex it just as fast as the mach z and it rides sooooo much better.......Dont get the mach z there are P.O.S. When you ride the apex it dont feel heavy AT ALL........DEFF GET IT!!!!!!

I havn't seen a apex yet but i have driven a rx1 and they got alot of power, personally i would go with bombardier for a ski-doo because they know what they are doing, but a mach Z isn't the fastest sled out there last year i watched a stock zr900 wip a mach Z several times even switching drivers, like somone else said they are not a mountain ski-doo they are very heavy but i'll check up on the apex when the ski-doos races come around because somone around here probably has one
