Street Legal?

Can you make an ATV street legal in northern illinois. I am turning 16 soon and i was just wondering if i put some blinkers, rear views, and a license plate on it would i be able to ride legal on the streets?

I was wondering the same thing about Texas, I just turned 16 like a few weeks ago and I want to make my 400ex street legal.

I have cuzins just outside of dallas and their quads r street legal

Can you please ask them what all they had to do to make them street legal and what size quads are they?

I called the local police dept, and they told me of everything that I needed to be street legal. You could do the same. That info would be more reliable than asking here. (Just trying to help.)
