Raptor Shocks

Default Raptor Shocks

I have an 03 raptor 660R and i need help on what shocks i should get. Im not looking to spend a whole bunch of money. I was thinking either works or the yfz450 shocks which are better??

Default Raptor Shocks

If you have stock a-arms get works shocks, if you have extended arms get yfz shocks. Yfz shocks are valved for the extra leverage you get from the longer a-arms, so you'll get a stiff ride with the raptor's stock length a-arms.

I have the yfz shocks on my raptor and love them. great upgrade from stock. Bought them on ebay for $150. They were new take offs, not a scratch on them. Only bad thing is that they go for well over that price all day long now. For the price you may want to look at aftermarket ones.

TCS is a phenominal shocks for any riding condition.
yfz if you have extended a-arm's(like me)
works are going the the cheapest set, and they are still way better than the stock raptors.
