for drag racing what would my best bet of mods be for hp without nitrous that comes later [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
this is my list so far

Um air box
Uni Filter
Ct exhaust 170 175 Jetting
Renthal 12T Front Sprocket
and 8 paddle haulers on .125 rims (trying to get rims as light as i can)

for 500$ give or take andother 500$ haha what should i do for the most hp for the money

1. lighten the flywheel
2. get the head redone with stage 2 cam
3. the dyna fs ignition
4. high comp piston and rod

thats the order i think i would take my next mods but what do you think any thing i am missing? i dont want to go to a 686 whats mods are the best bang for your buck and what mods are a must have?

 

aight first off all you wanna go with a good port and polish job,,, bigger intake and out take valves! teh largest front sprocket you can go!! that helps out tremendously!! well thats all i can think of for right now.... that will give you more tourqe and a heck of alot top end! that 12t sprocket is slowing you down alot! go to like a 14t or mabe your bike can fit a 15t thats what i would go to... hope this helps

 

lol out take valves lol you mean exhaust valve if I do the head I will just go with a port job and cam and valve train and the 12 tooth sprocket is just fine for right now with a little more hp ill go back to the 13 tooth and when I get my nitrous all hooked up I will run a 14 tooth but until then which wont be a while ill stay with the 12 or 13 tooth sprocket

any one know what my best mod will be with the current set up I want to pick up 3+ bike lengths I was thinking flywheel and head/ stage 2 cam package and ignition would bring me up at least 3 lengths +

then i will do piston and rod later
