I want to remove the stock UGLY headlight on my blaster and put some good looking automotive foglights (from wal mart) on the front rails the stock coil/magneto/stator will hold the 55w lights right? I was thinking have one 35w light mounted low in the front for a low beam and then two 55w lights up closer to the bars for high beams anyone done this if you have some pics please post em.

 

the stock stator can only handle one 55w light at a time....this is what i have on mine right now...i'll post a pic of it when i get home.

 

i took off mine and put on a piolit light and what a difference it made. much brigher, longer, and wider beam. only problem i had with it was that every little freakin bump i hit made it shake and you could see when it did cause the light on the trail move. i used it for riding up in vt in the woods in the snow at night and it was the best thing i could have done. idk what watt rating it was tho. if u could make some sort of rubber mount, simmilar to the way the stock one is mounted, it would help alot. my dad put a little spot light on the front of his warrior. it was like a $15 hand held spot light from target, that plugged into a cigerette lighter, and we cut the wire and ran it to his batter. between that and the kc 6x9 kc daylighter we put on it looked like day time.
