I plan on getting a raptor 350,Is it anygood.Does anybody have some websitesthat show like its top speeds or any other info like that??

Well I bought a 2000 Warrior 350. I can say its a great Trail and beginner quad. However if you a an experenced rider you may want to save your dough and get something bigger. I bought my warrior in december (my first quad) and I am already starting to want more power [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

i love my quad and that is what stopping me from selling it to get a banshee i love it so much that i dont want to get rid of it even to get a banshee. i think its the perefect beginer quad as long as you have ridden a quad befor and know how to use a clutch.

 

Not to pick a fight, but I have to disagree with Jaygood17. I've been riding for ten years, and I love my Raptor 350. I've got some work done to it to make it quicker, but nothing major. In the trails, I can run with anything. Now if you ride MX or sand dunes, you may very well want something bigger. It's a perfect woods bike though. Tons of torque, a tad front heavy for the big hillclimbs, and enough power to get you from tree to tree as quick as anyone else. I'm a firm believer the rider makes the quad fast, not the quad makes the rider fast. Just my two cents......

i agree with yakuza but it is always more fun to have more power then the guy behind you

 

A warrior/rappy are grate quads........I have about $4000.00 in the motor alone on my warrior..(about lost my wife over it) and it runs about like a 440ex....Its fun to ride..But know im fixing to get a new rappy.. and i wish i had the money i have in my warrior to put into it...

 

i put 3 g's into my motor and suspension on my warrior, i can run with ANYTHING in the trails, ANYTHING< predators, z400s, ds650s, seriously, its amazing i can get thru more than a 250 4x4 haha its hilarious, ok anyways umm well lets se. 5g's for brnad new 350, 5.8g's for a brand new z400.. but a front and rear suspension system on 350... the z400 still has it with motor and handling, depends what you want, i seriously love the 350 motor that yamaha makes tho.. its so strong, okay maybe a little underpowered but i really dont think so, its got AMAZING torque u can powerslidee and have great times with it, its a tough decision cauz the z400 is better al the way around except its a suzuki and its got a few frame and clutch flaws, raptor 350, u can treat it like shiat and beleive me its not gonna die on you, beleive a 14 year old kid who treats his like crud
