carb/throttle stuck

carb/throttle stuck
Yfz 450.....my throttle stuck wide *** open while riding....determined on the hill it wasn't the throttle itself....carb is out and about to tear into it...this happen to anyone?? Know whats wrong? Just want some thoughts.
