I am buying a Rhino from another state, but I guess this applies to all green sticker vehicles you bring in. How does the registration process go if you buy from another state and bring it into california?

One more thought, you can buy a boat and take delivery offshore then immediately take it down to mexico for 91 days, then bring it back and not have to pay california state tax, can this apply to a rhino?
