Yes, they all do the same thing and will give you the same hp, it's just that when you start adding more than a filter, pipe and maybe a cam you are going to get to a point where the Dobecks adjustments are maxed out and you wont be able to supply enough fuel, at that point you can send the controller back to Dobeck and they can install a new chip that has a higher adjustment range to cover heavier mods. To me it is just makes more sence to get Trinity's controller or the Powercommander which have more adjustment if you ever plan on adding more than the basic mods.

So far I love the LTE's I could not believe the seat of the pants power increase I felt . I haven't had a chance to take it to the sand but I'm sure it will perform good The LTE's aren't as loud as the HMF single I had on my 660R
They have a more mellow sound. They come with a quiet core that put them at 93 db but I don't have them in.
I keep them in my toolbox to take with me just in case. If I had to guess how loud they are without the quiet cores installed I say around 96 to 98 db
Okay, okay......I think you may have me sold on the LTE's. One of my main concerns was the db's of the HMF system. I've heard everything from 95db to 103db. I know that Michigan DNR will be all over me if I'm over 97db-98db. My old 660 had an FMF Powercore system and I was constantly was being hounded. I guess I'm going with the LTE's and a PCIII. (Seems to be worth the investment). I'm sure I'll be happy with the choices. How about the intake, I heard Trinity has a nice setup.
Thanks for the responses!

RaptorRandy27,
If you don't mind me asking, what did you fork over for the LTE system? I was quoted $715 w/shipping.
Thanks,

I don't plan on doing more than a pipe & filter, but if I were to blow it up...who knows.

I believe they will do it for free, although I wouldnt do it unless you knew you were going to run more than just the pipe and filter otherwise you might not be able to adjust low enough?

I said they were nice, I didn't say they were cheap lol I paid about 20.00 more than that. I ordered mine directly from LTE when they first became ava.
