I need help! Has anyone ever put a vitos 240 big bore cylinder on there Blaster, and it blew a piston within a month. As I was riding my Blaster it just died and when I checked the cylinder the top of the piston was shattered. I don't know why. Do any of you know? Please.

 

i have heard that the oil injector thing is a peice of **** and it stops working and it will make the blaster just stop and the piston shatter. Happened to my freinds blaster. Get an oil injector block off kit and then start putting the oil and gas into the tank together.

Yes, I have an Oil Injection Blockoff because the big bor kit calls for it. Thanks

 

what ratio where you using when mixed your oil and gas?

 

I used 32:1 The oil is Castor 927 and 93 octange gas
