I'm not too sure about ATVs, but they may mean 1mm or 2mm over.

If the bore of your motor gets warn out due to age or failure (like no oil), the piston can seize up and it leaves scrapes in the cylinder walls. The cylinder must be bored over (made bigger) to get rid of any deep scrapes left in the walls. Sometimes it just needs to be cleaned out with a hone. This was known when the motor was designed so that the whole cylinder does not need to be replaced. When you have the cylinder bored, a machine shop enlarges the bore up it up to the "next size over" in your case, your on the 2nd size over stock. The piston should say its size on the top. Like 0.50 or 1.0 0.50 would be .50MM over stock or "first over" 1.0 would be 1mm over stock or "second over" 4 stroke motors (like on your warrior) are pretty good on cylinders. You shouldn't have to bore it over unless something really bad happens (like you forget your air filter or have no oil). You can not go from a 2nd over back to 1st or stock without a new cylinder sleeve. You can buy big bore kits that come with bigger cylinder sleeves that can push the motor up to 430cc but its not something you can just install on your own.
