I usually hang out in the cat forum but I need a little advice from you guys. I've found an 02 Breeze for $1600 and it is supposedly in brand new condition, I'll found out tomorrow but for now I was wondering what you guys think of this. I've checked through some back posts and haven't really seen any issues with it. Is it really that reliable? It's going to be for my son who is 10. What are some opinions on this quad, does the price sound resonable?

i would look around.. you could prolly find something alot cheaper.. $1600 for an 02 breeze seems high to me.. you could prolly find a used z250( just adjust the thumb screw so he can't go fast) for 1k-1500

 

The breeze is a good kids quad, we had a pair of 2001's(sold them in 04). No problems (besides some crash damage,my kid found out the Breeze is not a quad that is made to jump)Make sure you set the valves ,the intakes tighten up and they start hard. I would set them once a year. $1600.00 may be a little high but they were around $3000.00 new. Like new ,it may be worth it. If its for an aggressive rider he may find it under powered. My daughter liked it ,my son complained its too slow. Later
