Default 03 Kodiak 450 ??

I just picked up a 03 Kodiak 450 for a good price and have a few ?'s
I've seen on here that a lube job is a pain. Where are all of the zerks located and I'll swap them out.
Next does somone have a service man. Online somwhere or should I just pick one up?

So far it's been a blast but I have only had it for a week and nothing real difficult so far.

Thanks alot
Tony

Only grease fitting youre gonna find is on the u joints, and its aint easy to lube them. Youll need a low profile 90 degree fitting.

The yamaha service manual is the best one, about 50 bucks at the dealer. Try ebay, ive seen some used ones there, if you arent in a hurry for one.

Welcome to the forums, Tony

I did a quick search, and theres a few.
ebay search

Thanks I'll prob try Ebay.

Are there zerks under all of the boots (front CV's and rear drive line) or just on the rear boot just forward of the diff.
Thanks again.

As far as needing to change them out I have found if you use a high pressure needle fitting like we use on aircraft it should work that is as long as the check ball is still good.
