Starter relays rarely go bad, have the battery load tested. Any auto parts stores will do this for free..napa, autozone,or even batteries plus will do it.
While youre pulling the battery out, look over the connections good. The two terminals on the battery, and the connections, need to be clean and tight.

honda buster and anyone else that says this ( take the battery and get the battery tested...) Why?? why not just try to jump start it? if it started when u jump it then u know it is the battery! Just curriouse if there is some reason why this would not work? P.S. i am not just trying to **** you off...

Jump starting would allow it to start,in most cases, but it doesnt eliminate any components. There are times, when a starter is failing, itll have these symptoms. And if you jump start, itll start...and youll think its a bad battery, replace it, and still have a no start.
Or You could have a very high resistance connection (an oxidized layer between the connections), and jumping wont help that case, so youd end up thinking its a solinoid or starter, and end up replacing some expensive parts...which are still good.
Load testing the battery, is a sure way to either rule the battery out, or not. And its free, so even if youre wrong about the battery...it cost nothing more than the gas to the store. And if you find the battery is bad....youre already there to buy a replacement.
Jump starting, unless done correctly, can cause damage to some pricy components. If you do jump start a quad or motorcycle....make sure the donor vehicle is NOT running, and there shouldnt be any problems, if you follow the other safe practices, used in all other jump starts.
I dont get pissed when someone asks a question like this, its how i learned. I kept asking questions , its the best way to learn.
